I see my most important work in drawing attention and motivation back to the goals and content of the organistion, its projects and routines. This can be done through trainings, workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, but also through coaching. The type of cooperation quickly emerges during preliminary talks.
In doing so, I attach particular importance to the fact that the individual team members are given the opportunity to interactively sense (body), feel (emotions), experience (inner images) and understand (mind) themselves in the project team. It is particularly important to me to repeatedly enter the benevolently distant position of the "now". The picture of the joint “journey” forms the framework of my training and coaching.
