Project management from the middle ...

Be present in the now,
Live relationships,
Realize limits ...

My philosophy - the three diamonds

Develop presence

The first diamond of leadership and project management is the ability to be "present". It is the ability to concentrate on who I am, what is now, without falling out of the moment and falling back into the unconscious with its ready-made stories and value judgments.

Live relationship

The second diamond of leadership and project management is the ability to "relate". It is the power to perceive my fellow human being in every moment and to be in contact with him/her through all available senses, benevolently and determinedly. It is the ability to balance appropriately.

Realize limits

The third diamond of leadership and project management is the ability to "realize limits". It expresses itself in the ability to preserve one's own limits and those of others. From this arises the ability and the self-empowerment to fluidly "take space" for oneself and "give space" to the other.
