Consulting

“The real journey of discovery is not to look for new landscapes, but to see them with new eyes.”
(Celtic wisdom)
In my experience, the four pillars of success for projects and routines are awareness of the goal, intuitive knowledge of the path, pleasure in working together and confident application of technique and method. The key to these four success factors is the flowing mindfulness for oneself, for the team and for the whole. Then performance is released and a product or service is created that improves the world and makes it more beautiful.

Training

"Humans have three options for acting wisely. Firstly by thinking. That is the noblest. Secondly by imitation. This is the easiest. Thirdly by experience. This is the bitterest."
(Confucius, probably 551-479 BC)
Training means learning about yourself, the others in the team, the processes, recognizing your learning fields and developing your potential. This applies to trainers (train the trainer), managers and employees. Through professional input, role-plays and systemic work, the topics and cases brought along by the participants find a solution and can then be put into the larger context of their own organisation and its goals. Stuck situations and processes are brought back into flow. Curiosity, joy, benevolence and spontaneity are important to me.

Coaching

“You cannot teach a person anything. You can only help him to discover it in himself. ”
(Galileo Galilei, 1564-1642)
Coaching focuses on the individual with all his or her questions about his or her professional and private life. Lack of drive, excessive demands, doubts, compulsion, pressure, ideological narrowness, lack of meaning and lost purpose can be a trigger for coaching. Light and space are hidden within oneself. The central question is: How do I prevent myself from finding the gateway and the key to my own destiny and to practical solutions?
