  • My approach

    I see my most important work in drawing attention and motivation back to the goals and content of the organistion, its projects and routines. This can be done through trainings, workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, but also through coaching. The type of cooperation quickly emerges during preliminary talks.


    In doing so, I attach particular importance to the fact that the individual team members are given the opportunity to interactively sense (body), feel (emotions), experience (inner images) and understand (mind) themselves in the project team. It is particularly important to me to repeatedly enter the benevolently distant position of the "now". The picture of the joint “journey” forms the framework of my training and coaching.

  • Methods
    • Developing of leadership skills and team spirit;
    • Strong focus on current issues in the organization and the teams (practical cases: conflicts in the team, unclear and unstructured technical processes and organisational procedures); 
    • Strengthening and developing existing potentials of the individuals and the team;
    • Understanding of roles, communication techniques, team development, motivation, conflict resolution;
    • Balanced mix between theory, methods, self-awareness and exercises in a team (acceleration and deceleration); 
    • Topic-centered awareness training (Where are we at this moment?);
    • Developing visions, goals, purposes and intentions (Who wants what? Hidden agendas; pretexts and objections);
    • Interaction between finance, technology / production, management, environment and sustainability (raw materials, products, waste, money);
    • Management and the five levels of consciousness (orientation, inner and outer 'maps' in the fields of body, emotions, inner visions, thoughts);
    • Adaptation and transfer of training contents into everyday job activities and into different cultural contexts (experience in more than 15 countries),
    • Coaching in a training context, in individual sessions, but also by telephone or video conference (see contact details)
